About Arity

Hi, I'm Arity! I am a psychologist with a passion for helping adults uncover, understand, and embrace their beautifully unique minds. Whether you’re exploring autism, ADHD, or both, my goal is to make this journey insightful, empowering, and maybe even a little fun.

I have supported people from all walks of life in individual and relationship therapy, as well as in government services. But today I want to be a part of creating a space where neurodivergent adults, especially those who have spent years feeling “different” without knowing why, can finally see themselves clearly and unapologetically.

I believe assessments should be more than just a clinical process; they should be affirming, meaningful, and tailored to you. I take a strengths-based, neurodiversity-affirming approach, which means I see autism and ADHD as natural variations of human experience, not something to “fix.”

What you can expect
Inclusivity & Affirmation – all identities are safe and welcome here. Your identity and experiences matter. I am queer, poly, kink, and sex-worker friendly.

Creative & Funky Approach – Therapy and assessments don’t have to be dry and clinical. I bring warmth, humor, and a touch of creativity to the process.
Clarity & Empowerment – Whether you’ve been wondering for years or you’re just starting to explore, I’ll help you connect the dots in a way that makes sense for you.

If you’re ready to understand yourself on a deeper level and shake off the tethers that feel so limiting, I’d love to be part of your journey. Let’s celebrate your neurodivergence, challenge outdated narratives, and build a life that feels authentically yours.
